Hi, I’m Samantha!

Yoga has been a lifelong journey for me — one of movement, mindfulness, and self-discovery. Growing up in New York surrounded by my mom’s Pilates studio, movement has always been a central part of my life. It wasn’t until 2020, however, that I truly reconnected with my yoga practice, discovering a deeper sense of balance, presence, and purpose on the mat.

In 2023, I traveled to Moyobamba, Peru, to complete my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (RYT 200). That experience deepened my connection to yoga and inspired me to share its transformative power with others. Since then, I’ve been teaching in Bozeman, Montana, where I’ve lived for the past four years. My classes focus on Vinyasa Flow — a blend of fluid movement, mindfulness, and intention — creating space for students to feel grounded, open, and inspired.

I believe yoga is for everyone, no matter your age, experience, or body type. My passion lies in creating welcoming spaces where people can move, breathe, and simply be themselves. Whether we’re practicing together in Bozeman, connecting online, or flowing on a retreat in an inspiring location, my goal is always to help you find connection — to your body, your breath, and your truest self.

Yoga isn’t about perfection; it’s about presence, connection, and coming home to yourself.

When I’m not teaching or on the mat, you can find me skiing, exploring new destinations, or volunteering at the local animal shelter, where I foster animals and spend time with the community I love.

The story behind Estella Yoga

Estella Yoga was inspired by my dog, Estella — a sweet rescue I brought home while living in Argentina in 2020. She embodied everything yoga teaches presence, patience, and unconditional love. Naming my practice after her felt like a way to honor that spirit — a reminder to move through life with compassion, curiosity, and an open heart.
