Join me Sunday mornings for a grounding Vinyasa Flow practice designed to help you move with intention, connect to your breath, and find stillness within. These online classes are a space to slow down, reset, and begin your week with presence and ease — no matter where you’re joining from.

Each class welcomes all levels and all bodies. Come as you are, bring your mat, and flow from the comfort of your own home.
