Class begins with a gentle grounding moment to connect breath and awareness before moving through a smooth, continuous sequence. With mindful transitions and purposeful movement, we’ll cultivate strength, mobility, and balance—supporting a calm, energized start to your day.
Before The Slopes: Begin your morning at 8:00 AM MST with this online ski-specific Vinyasa flow created to prepare your body for a day on the mountain. Class opens with mindful breath, and then moves through targeted warm-ups for hips, legs, core, and balance. Through intentional movement and functional strength, we’ll increase mobility, stability, and coordination—helping you feel strong, centered, and confident as you head out to the slopes.
