Lydecker Yoga Classes
Corporate Wellness Series – May

Hi! My name is Sam, and I’ll be guiding you through a series of yoga classes throughout the month of May. Each session will include pranayama (breathwork), asana (yoga postures), and meditation, creating a well-rounded practice designed to support both physical and mental well-being.

These classes are open to all experience levels. If this is your first time stepping onto the mat, welcome! And if you’re a regular yogi, I’m excited to share this practice with you and practice together. These classes will be designed so you can join at the office, home or anywhere that works best for you.

Class Schedule

Classes will take place twice a week throughout May:

  • Tuesdays — 11:15 AM EST / 8:15 AM PST

  • Thursdays — 3:00 PM EST / 12:00 PM PST

Please feel free to sign up below for any of the sessions that work with your schedule. If you can’t attend every class, no worries—you’re welcome to register for one session or join us for the entire series.

Reserve your spot here!

Reserve your place in one of the May yoga sessions using the registration form to the right. These classes are complimentary for Lydecker employees, and you are welcome to attend as many sessions as you’d like.

To register, simply provide your first name, last name, and email address. Please also review the waiver below and check the box to complete your registration.

You may sign up for the full series of sessions, or register for individual classes—whichever fits your schedule.

Once you sign up, you will receive a confirmation email with the Zoom link for the class, along with an optional playlist to accompany the session.

The virtual classroom will open 5 minutes before the start time. To ensure you receive the Zoom link and are able to join smoothly, we recommend registering earlier whenever possible.
